First of all, the picture format changes from the previous 4:3 aspect ratio to 16:9, and the show is broadcast in high deﬁnition. The episodes also gain a tag, that is a short sequence during end credits, which in previous seasons were displayed over still images taken from the episode. Instead of providing, as is generally the case in classic sitcom, an off-theme closure, these tags generally feature outtakes, bloopers and improvised sketches. More generally, the visual impact of the show seems to be more cinematic, with a more intense — and, in a way, less obviously comedic — use of colors and light.
